Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges once an order has been placed.

Before completing your purchase, you are required to carefully review and confirm all details, including size, design, quantity, and shipping address. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges due to incorrect selections made by customers.


CANCEL AN ORDER

Order Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

If you request a cancellation after this period, your order may have already been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation Fee

A 10% cancellation fee (based on the total order value) will be applied.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Timeframe

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after delivery.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be available.


Eligible Return & Refund Cases

We accept returns and provide full refunds if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product design differs from what was ordered
  • The size or material is incorrect
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the product description
  • The product does not fit or you no longer want it

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Not be modified in any way
  • Include original tags
  • Be in original condition and packaging

We do not accept returns if:

  • Items show signs of wear or damage (not caused by us)
  • Items are missing tags
  • Minor issues (e.g., loose threads) that can be easily fixed

Required Proof for Refund

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the received product
  • Relevant email communication

How to Request a Return

  2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  4. Ship the item using a trackable carrier
  5. Send us your tracking number or return receipt

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Funds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank
